Our Culture

The Leading Retirement Solutions team consists of group of people dedicated to protecting and growing their clients’ plan assets. LRS is always looking for qualified individuals to join our team and continue our tradition of dedication, loyalty and the commitment to protecting and growing client retirement plans. LRS promotes and supports the professional development of every employee. LRS offers significant opportunity for growth. We believe despite the position for which an employee is hired, it is the employee who determines what their next job will be.

We are individuals who enjoy working with one another as a team but also work well independently. Some employees work remotely from their homes, but interact with the corporate office daily. These employees are known as Small Office/Home Office (SOHO) employees. The corporate office provides SOHO employees the same level of support provided to on-site employees. LRS encourages pro bono activities and active participation in the community, collectively and individually.

First and foremost, we look for people who are honest, hardworking, loyal, and enjoy serving others. All successful applicants are detail oriented individuals who have a positive attitude, don’t take themselves too seriously and enjoy a good laugh. LRS performs a criminal background check on all employees. To be eligible for hire, LRS employees must successfully pass a comprehensive exam on retirement plans shortly after they are hired.
